Background Verification Pack (Class 10/12, degree, government ID, PAN, photo) submitted and verified.
Vendor certifications (CCNA, CEH, etc.) are supported but not mandatory.
LinkedIn profile with "Open to Work" enabled and placement-cell-approved headline.
Declare minimum 3 acceptable job locations in writing at enrolment.
Declare CTC expectation band within the market range published by the placement cell.
Disclose any independent job offer within 24 hours, in writing.
Attend arranged interviews. Missing 2 scheduled interviews disqualifies from the guarantee.
Accept or decline an offer within 5 working days. Refusal to join without company fault voids admission and guarantee.
Respond to placement communications within 48 hours. Three missed windows void the guarantee.
Keep Naukri / LinkedIn profiles updated as guided by the placement cell.
Maintain professional behaviour and punctuality in every interview.
Employment secured through NH or personal efforts (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals).
Any Section 1 eligibility gate not met.
Refusing 3 or more genuine offers within the declared CTC band and locations.
3 missed 48-hour response windows.
2 missed scheduled interviews.
3 missed weekly check-ins in a rolling 90 days.
Undisclosed independent job offer.
Misconduct, academic dishonesty or document misrepresentation.
Decision of Placement & Training Management is final in internal disputes (subject to Section 7).
Institute does not guarantee a specific role, company or salary — only continuous interview opportunities within the guarantee period.
Institute reserves the right to verify resume claims with schools, universities and prior employers.
Grievance first — grievance@networkershome.com, addressed within 30 working days.
Arbitration — unresolved disputes settled by sole arbitration seated in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Language: English.
No public disparagement while enrolled — negative posts about NH, its trainers or hiring partners on public forums void the guarantee and terminate the program. Internal grievance channel remains available.
Governing law — India. Exclusive jurisdiction: Bengaluru.
Effective from the date of enrollment.
