Job Referrals First
Of our 800+ hiring partners, ~60% post openings to the alumni Slack before public job boards. Earlier visibility = earlier interviews = better offers.
Eighteen years of alumni — placed at Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Flipkart, SAP Labs, AT&T, Akamai, NTT Data, Razorpay, and 800+ other companies. Active in a private Slack of 6,800+ engineers. Network access continues for life — no annual fee, no expiring access.
Of our 800+ hiring partners, ~60% post openings to the alumni Slack before public job boards. Earlier visibility = earlier interviews = better offers.
Senior alumni at Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, AWS regularly answer career-stage questions in the Slack — from CCIE prep to architect transition.
Monthly AI/automation workshop with Vikas Swami stays free for alumni indefinitely. Standalone registration costs ₹1,500/session for non-alumni.
Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Gulf — meet alumni in your city, plan in-person meetups, share job leads filtered by location.
After your free 12-month enrolment pass expires, alumni renew at a discounted rate (₹4,999/yr vs ₹7,999 standalone). Continues for advanced cert prep across your career.
Alumni in hiring positions at their companies frequently submit referrals through our internal portal. Most paid internships in our 8-month programs come from alumni-employer relationships.
These are the companies hosting alumni from our 2025-26 documented cohort (70 alumni). Each represents an active hiring relationship our placement team can re-activate for current students.
Joining is automatic. Every graduate of any Networkers Home program (1-month single cert, 4-month CCNP track, 6-month CCIE track, 8-month flagship) is added to the alumni Slack workspace and the relevant city-specific WhatsApp group within 7 days of program completion. No separate registration, no separate fee.
Access is lifetime. Once added, you remain in the network indefinitely. Unlike most edtech alumni programs that gate access behind annual renewal, the alumni Slack and Founder Workshops remain free for as long as you stay engaged. Inactive members are not removed — we've had alumni return to the Slack 5-7 years after graduation when they pivoted careers and needed mentorship.
Moderation is by senior alumni. The Slack is moderated by long-tenured alumni and the placement team. Job postings, certification queries, architecture-decision discussions, salary-negotiation advice, and case-study Q&A are all welcomed. Cold sales pitches, multi-level marketing schemes, and unverified third-party consultancy ads are removed quickly. The high signal-to-noise ratio is why 6,800+ engineers stay active years after their training ended.
Pre-enrolment access. If you want to verify the network claim before paying for a course, WhatsApp the counselling team and ask to speak with a recently placed alumni at a company you're targeting. Most alumni have consented to direct outreach with prospective students — they'll talk frankly about training quality, internship experience, and placement timelines without a counsellor on the line.
Direct alumni referrals dominate offer flow. Across the documented 70-alumni 2025-26 cohort, a meaningful proportion of offers came via direct alumni referrals from inside the hiring company — not via cold-applied resumes. Once a senior alumni already inside Scale Computing, Barracuda, or Saviynt vouches for a candidate, the interview pipeline collapses from 3-4 weeks to 5-7 days. This isn't unique to Networkers Home — it's how technical hiring actually works in 2026.
Network effect compounds with each cohort. Eighteen years of alumni means that your peers from the 2007 batch are now CISOs, principal engineers, and founders of security startups. The 2015 batch is mid-career architect-level. The 2020 batch is in senior engineer roles. The 2025 batch is the new wave. Across that stack, an alumni Slack message asking "any team hiring CCNP-level network engineer in Bangalore?" usually generates 3-5 actionable referrals within a working week.
Geographic spread matters. Alumni are not concentrated only in Bangalore. The network has visible clusters in Pune (BFSI), Hyderabad (Microsoft, Amazon, GCC), Chennai (Cognizant, TCS, Zoho), Mumbai (HDFC, ICICI, Reliance Jio), Delhi NCR (Paytm, HCL, Adobe), and the Gulf (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha — primarily BFSI and telecom security). Sub-groups in each metro share city-specific job leads, batch-meetup organisation, and visa/immigration coordination for Gulf placements.
Founder access stays open. The monthly Founder AI Workshop with Vikas Swami remains free for alumni at any career stage. Standalone registration for non-alumni is ₹1,500 per session. For senior alumni transitioning to architect or pre-sales roles, the workshop network has produced multiple lateral moves to vendor companies (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet) where founder credibility reduces hiring friction.

The 2025-26 documented placement cohort alone added 66 new alumni across 24 hiring companies.
