Traveling can be quite a challenge and to add to it you will be traveling to a different country. Moreover, your purpose of coming to India is to get top-notch certifications. Well, in our effort to make it easier for you, we have put together a sundry list of tips and advice that will make your trip more convenient and your education more fruitful.

Boot camp related tips:

  • Our experience and student preference has shown that one-on-one training in the boot camp is a lot more helpful and makes the entire certification process a cakewalk. Although, one-on-one session may cost marginally extra, they end up being far more helpful. There is nothing like individual mentoring to supplement the classroom.
  • When you decide to opt for a certification through Networkers Home, we recommend you reserve your seat in advance. This avoids a lot of last-minute hassle and we can give you some start-up coaching to get you up to speed before you even arrive in India.
  • Anyone in networking knows it’s hard work and when you want to get certified you should be prepared to study upto 4 to 5 hours more than the classroom time. Our programs are structured in a manner to give you enough time for this self-study as well as recreational time to help you unwind.
  • When traveling try to carry your personal laptop along. This way you can do a lot of lab work while in your hotel or even when you are out on excursion trips.
  • Ideally, try to book you return tickets at the end of the boot camp also in advance. If possible, give a few days between the end date of the boot camp and the return date to catch up on any spillover exams and to generally sightsee. If you are traveling to India during November to January make sure you’ve got pre-booked tickets since these are heavy air travel months.
  • To make the entire trip worth more than estimated, go for a combo offer opting for two or more certifications together. Also, when booking an air ticket opt for one that allows you to alter the date. These cost a little more than budget fares but at least you have the option to postpone or pre-pone your travel.
  • You can pay for your Networkers Home training in the denomination of your own country. We accept foreign currency and this helps you save o the exchange rates.
  • India is a land of cost-effectiveness so if you plan of buying a few books wait till you land here. India offers a great variety from all the global publishers and the editions here are comparatively less expensive, plus you save on heavy baggage!
  • India is a culturally rich country and many visitors may be a little shell shocked on seeing the variety. It is a good idea to read a little about India before you land here. For instance, the food in India is absolutely delicious but you must know it’s quite spicy – if you thought Mexican was hot try Indian! So while you should enjoy the food be careful to not overdo it in the first week and let your system get used to it. This way you can relish the experience and get comfortable.
